Breath sensors

Breath Sensors: Breath sensors are specifically designed micro-sensors that detect components in breath. We have developed the prototype of the following sensors:

Electrochemical gas sensors
Metal oxide gas sensors
Pressure sensors

These sensors have the potential to be used in breath analysis devices.

Breath analysis Instrument

Respiratory analyzer: Our instrument measures the amount of air a person can inhale and exhale, as well as the rate of flow. It could be used to diagnose a variety of respiratory disorders. During a test, the user is asked to take a deep breath and then blow into a tube connected to the analyzer. The results of the test can help determine if a user has respiratory disorder. the instrument can also be used to monitor the progress of a treatment.

Consulting and collaboration on Breath analysis

Consulting and collaboration: To enhance our engagement with our collaborators we also consult on specific topics related to breath analysis and the development of breath analysis instruments.

We are open to collaborating on projects, grant writing, and product development.
