Melina Gilbert Gatty
Melina, Chair of GattyInstruments AB, is a proven leader driving the company’s strategic growth and innovation. With a Ph.D. in Chemistry and postdoctoral research at Uppsala University, she brings deep expertise in nanomaterials and spectroscopy, turning advanced research into market-ready solutions. Her leadership positions GattyInstruments to capture new opportunities in respiratory healthcare and deliver long-term value.

Angelica Lodin-Sundström
Angelica Lodin-Sundström is a professor at mid sweden university and a visiting research fellow at Lund University, affiliated with the departments of Integrative Physiology and Sensory Biology. Her research focuses on human physiology, particularly cardiovascular responses during apnea and rebreathing, as well as the role of the spleen in blood pressure regulation. She is involved in several active research projects, including EDEMEX, BPSPL, and a study on physiological responses to apnea and rebreathing.

Marieann Högman
Marieann Högman is Professor Emeritus at Uppsala University’s Department of Medical Sciences, specializing in respiratory physiology. She is internationally recognized for her pioneering work on exhaled nitric oxide (FeNO) as a biomarker in asthma and COPD, including the discovery of its flow dependence. Her research spans from animal models to clinical studies in Sweden and Nepal, shaping international ATS/ERS guidelines and advancing diagnostics in lung disease.

Raghuveer Chimata, PhD
Research Scientist
Raghuveer is a research scientist at GattyInstruments AB, specializing in breath analysis and machine learning for respiratory diagnostics. His work focuses on developing intelligent algorithms and predictive models that power the company’s next-generation breath analyzers.
