With a background in Microsystem technology and a passion for digital health, he leads the development of accessible diagnostic technologies that empower early detection and management of chronic respiratory diseases.

Melina Gilbert Gatty is an accomplished scientist and leader, serving as Chair and board member at GattyInstruments AB. She holds a Ph.D. in Chemistry from Chalmers University of Technology and completed postdoctoral work at Uppsala University. Her proven expertise bridges deep technical insight—spanning nanomaterials, spectroscopy, and materials characterization—with strong project leadership and strategic vision. As Chair, she brings invaluable experience to guide Gatty Instruments’ next‑generation respiratory analysis technologies.

Angelica Lodin-Sundström is a visiting research fellow at Lund University, affiliated with the departments of Integrative Physiology and Sensory Biology. Her research focuses on human physiology, particularly cardiovascular responses during apnea and rebreathing, as well as the role of the spleen in blood pressure regulation. She is involved in several active research projects, including EDEMEX, BPSPL, and a study on physiological responses to apnea and rebreathing
